2.1 The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order (invitatio ad offerendum).

2.2 By submitting the order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the selected goods. The contract is concluded when the Seller accepts the order by sending an order confirmation by email or dispatches the goods.

2.3 The Seller stores the contract text. Customers can view the contract text in their customer account or keep a copy of the order confirmation.

3.2 Shipping costs are shown separately and displayed before the order is completed.

3.3 The following payment methods are available:

  • PayPal
  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)

3.4 The purchase price is due upon completion of the order.

Section 4 Delivery and shipping

4.3 The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods passes to the customer upon handover.

Section 5 Retention of title

The delivered goods remain the property of the Seller until the purchase price has been paid in full.

Section 6 Warranty

6.2 For used goods, the warranty period is limited to one year from delivery, insofar as this is legally permissible.

Section 7 Limitation of liability

The Seller is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as for damage arising from injury to life, body or health. In all other respects, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical of the contract. Liability under the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the privacy policy available in the shop.

Section 9 Consumer dispute resolution

The Seller is neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Section 11 Severability clause

Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
