Shipping policy
This is a courtesy translation. In case of doubt, the German version shall prevail.
1. Delivery areas
We deliver to Germany, all EU member states and many other countries worldwide. The available delivery countries are shown during checkout.
We ship perfumes only within Germany and the EU due to dangerous goods regulations.
2. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are shown transparently during the order process before the order is placed.

Shipping within Germany is free for orders of €150.00 or more.
3. Delivery times
Unless stated otherwise, the following non-binding delivery times apply from receipt of payment:
- Germany: 2–4 working days
- Other EU countries: 5–10 working days
- All other countries: 7–21 working days, depending on destination and customs clearance

4. Shipping partner

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
5. Delivery delays
Should an unforeseen delivery delay occur, we will inform you immediately by email. In the event of a delay of more than 30 days, you have the right to withdraw from the contract.
6. Damaged or incorrect deliveries
Please check your order immediately upon receipt. In the event of damage or incorrect items, please contact us within 14 days:

7. Customs and import duties
No customs duties apply to deliveries within the EU. For deliveries to countries outside the EU (e.g. United Kingdom, Switzerland, USA), customs duties, import VAT and carrier fees may apply. These are not included in the purchase price and are borne by the customer upon delivery.
